  • Orchestra of the Pines: “On a Romantic Note”

    Deb Scott, SFA associate professor of trombone, joins the orchestra for the sultry and evocative Grondahl concerto, and the orchestra performs the popular New World Symphony by Antonín Dvořák to bring the evening to a fantastic end!

  • Orchestra of the Pines: “Spanish Nights”

    Join SFA’s Orchestra of the Pines for an evening of Spanish music. The concert features Romanian-born violinist Cristian Fatu, Schmidbauer semi-finalist, performing Sarasate’s Carmen Fantasy. The evening will leave you dancing all night long!

The Orchestra Series

The Orchestra of the Pines, SFA’s flagship orchestral ensemble, performs classic orchestral works, premiers new music of prominent composers, performs with renowned guest artists, and collaborates in performances of opera and choral masterworks.

Season tickets are $45 for adults, $36 for seniors and $15 for students. General admission seating for concerts held in Cole Concert Hall.
