Normal Box Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. On weekday performance dates for events in W.M. Turner Auditorium, we re-open one hour prior to performance start time. For Saturday and Sunday events, the Box Office opens one hour prior to the performance start time. Door sales at our other venues (Cole Concert Hall, Downstage Theatre) begin 45 minutes prior to performance start times.
